3rd Annual Blackhawk Bolt 5k & Fun Run
Lace up your running shoes and join us at 10:00am for our 3rd annual Blackhawk Bolt 5K & Fun Run on Saturday, November 16, 2024. Run with us to benefit North Buncombe High School PTSO and Blackhawks Marching Band
Race ticket prices are as follows:
$35 – General Registration
$20 – 5k Staff & Student
$15 – 1-mile Fun Run Adult Early Bird until 9/30
$20 – 10/1 – 11/10
Packet pickup – day-of race starting at 9am. We’ll start lining up at the starting line at 9:45 am.
Parking attendants will be on-site to direct traffic. Please enter the NBHS campus at the Salem Hill Rd. entrance.

All race registrations include a short sleeved race tee pictured here or choose the tank top during checkout for a $5 up charge.

Categories & Prizes
Prizes are awarded to the best time in each age category for both male and female runners, as well as top time overall for both male and female. Age groups for male and female runners are as follows: 0-10, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+.
This year, we will also have awards for the Biggest Flock (team award) and the Fanciest Feathers Award (individual spirit award).
